How it keeps score
Free volleyball score keeper for your phone. Rally scoring with big tap buttons, sets to 25 and the deciding set to 15, win by 2, best of 3 or 5, undo, and one tap to save the match to your league standings.
- Rally scoring: every rally is a point, and the team that wins it serves next.
- Sets go to 25 and the deciding set (the 3rd of 3 or the 5th of 5) to 15, won by 2 with no cap.
- The match ends as soon as a team has won enough sets, so a 2–0 never plays a third.
- The first serve alternates set to set, and can be changed before any set starts for the deciding-set toss.
- Saved results count sets won, so a 2–1 match fills your Sets W and Sets L columns.
Questions
- Can I change the set target?
- Yes. Sets can go to 15, 21 or 25, and the deciding set has its own target. Rec leagues that play every set to 25 just set the deciding set to 25 too.
- Can I save a volleyball score to my league standings?
- Yes. When the game is over, tap Save to your league. Pick one of your leagues and the scheduled game, or two of its teams, and the standings update straight away — wins, losses and the score columns your league counts. No account yet? Sign up free and you come straight back to the finished game to save it.
- Do I need an account or an app?
- No. The score keeper runs in your phone’s browser and is free with no sign-up. The game is kept on your phone as you go, so a dropped signal or a closed tab does not lose it. An account is only needed to save the final score to a league.
