Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. When you use Simple Standings, we store the standings and schedule data you enter. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Simple Standings service, authenticate your account, and communicate with you about your account (such as password resets). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Public share pages

When you create standings and set them to public, anyone with the share link can view that content. You control whether your standings are public or private. Do not include sensitive personal information in public standings.

We count how many times each public share page is loaded, so the page owner can see whether their link is being used. These counts are anonymous. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any other means to identify or track visitors to share pages, and we do not store IP addresses, device information, or any other visitor details alongside those counts. Viewers do not need an account and we do not create one for them.

Data retention

We retain your account and standings data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your standings at any time from your dashboard. Contact us to request account deletion.
