Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Simple Standings, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

Your content

You retain ownership of the standings and schedule data you create. By using Simple Standings, you grant us a license to store and display your content as needed to provide the service, including on public share pages you enable.

Advertising

Simple Standings is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising. Public share pages carry third-party advertisements, served by Google AdSense. We choose where those slots sit but we do not choose the individual adverts shown, and an advert appearing beside your standings is not an endorsement by you or by us. Pages inside your account do not carry advertising. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Payment and refunds

Removing advertising from a league is optional. It is a one-time charge of $9.99 USD, payable per league, processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel. It applies only to the league it was bought for, and it grants no additional features, as every feature is already included free.

If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Your league and its data are untouched by a refund; the advertising simply returns to its pages. We may change the price for future purchases, but a league you have already paid for is unaffected.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Simple Standings for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Service availability

Simple Standings is provided “as is.” We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
