Frequently asked questions
- Do parents need an account to see standings?
- No. You share a read-only link and anyone can open it on a phone or computer β no signup, no app, no password to distribute.
- Can parents or other coaches edit the standings by mistake?
- No. Only your account can edit. Everyone else gets a view-only page, which is the main thing a shared spreadsheet gets wrong.
- Do scores update the standings automatically?
- By default you type in results yourself, which for a youth league takes a minute after game day and means no broken formulas the week of playoffs. If you would rather not do the arithmetic, Premium lets you enter one game at a time and adds it to the totals for you.
- Can I track more than one team or age division?
- Yes. Create a separate standings page for each division and share the relevant link with each group of parents. You can duplicate an existing one to save setup time.
- Can I add the game schedule too?
- Yes. Check Schedule when creating and add games with dates, times, and venues. Parents can filter to just their own team.
- What sports are covered?
- Columns come prefilled for 53 sports including baseball, soccer, and basketball, and you can change any of them for your league's format.
- Can I track player statistics too?
- Yes, if your league wants them. Check Statistics when creating and the stat columns come prefilled for your sport. Plenty of youth leagues leave it off on purpose β parents of younger age groups often prefer no individual scoring β so it is entirely optional.
