How it keeps score
Free curling score keeper for your phone. Score each end with one tap, track the hammer automatically, blank ends, 6, 8 or 10 ends, extra ends, undo, and save the game to your league standings.
- Tap who scored and how many (1 to 8), or Blank end.
- The hammer goes to the team that did not score: scoring with it hands it over, a steal or a blank keeps it where it is.
- 6, 8 or 10 ends. Tied after the last end means an extra end, until someone scores — or turn extra ends off to allow a draw.
- Finish early for a time limit or a handshake; the team ahead wins.
Questions
- How does the keeper know who has the hammer?
- Pick who has hammer in the first end. After that it follows the rule: the team that does not score in an end has the hammer in the next one, and a blank end keeps it with the same team.
- Can I save a curling score to my league standings?
- Yes. When the game is over, tap Save to your league. Pick one of your leagues and the scheduled game, or two of its teams, and the standings update straight away — wins, losses and the score columns your league counts. No account yet? Sign up free and you come straight back to the finished game to save it.
- Do I need an account or an app?
- No. The score keeper runs in your phone’s browser and is free with no sign-up. The game is kept on your phone as you go, so a dropped signal or a closed tab does not lose it. An account is only needed to save the final score to a league.
