📅Build a game schedule
The schedule is a table of games with columns you control: date, time, venue, home, away, and anything else your league needs. It sits on the same page as your standings, and visitors get filters over it for free.
Adding games by hand
Open the Schedule tab and press + Add row. A new league starts with date, time, venue, home team and away team, and you can add score columns during setup or later through Edit columns. Type into the cells the same way you do everywhere else, then press Save.
Generating the fixtures
If you are starting from a team list rather than a fixture list, the schedule generator writes the matchups for you.

Choose a format
Round robin, where everyone plays everyone — right for leagues and group stages. Single knockout, where one loss is out. Or double knockout, where a team has to lose twice, which is fairer and roughly twice the games.

Give it your teams
The generator produces who plays whom, numbered by game and grouped into rounds. In a knockout, only the first round has known teams — later games say "Winner of Game 3" until the earlier game is played.

Fill in the details
Dates, times and venues are left blank on purpose. The generator is not a scheduler: it does not know your venue availability, travel, or time slots, and it will not pretend to.

Filters on your share page
Any text column on the schedule with more than one distinct value automatically becomes a filter dropdown on your share page. A Home Team column becomes a team filter, a Division column becomes a division filter, a Venue column becomes a venue filter. There is nothing to configure — add the column and fill it in, and the filter appears.
This is the single best reason to put divisions or age groups in their own text column rather than folding them into the team name. It turns one long schedule into something a parent can narrow to their own kid’s games in one tap.
Keeping the schedule and standings in step
Typing a final score into the schedule does not move the standings — the two tables are independent unless you set up score reporting, which is a premium feature. Without it, most organizers update both at the same sitting: enter the scores on the Schedule tab, then the wins and losses on Standings, then save once.
Common questions
- Can I have a schedule without standings?
- Yes. Untick Standings and the page is a schedule and nothing else. The three tables are independent and any combination is valid.
- Does the generator handle byes?
- An odd number of teams in a round robin means one team sits out each round, and the generated fixtures account for that. What it will not do is solve for venues or time slots — those are yours to fill in.
- Can I show a playoff bracket?
- You can generate single or double knockout fixtures and they render as a schedule table with the round each game belongs to. There is no graphical bracket view.
