How to set up swimming standings
Create your standings
Sign up, click “Create new”, and choose Swimming. Default columns (W, L, PTS) are ready to go.
Add teams and enter results
Type in your teams names and fill in the stats. Update them after each game or whenever you like.
Share the standings
Hit “Share” to get a read-only link. Send it to teams, coaches, parents — anyone who wants to see the standings.

- Can I track swimming stats?
- Yes. Check Statistics when creating and you get a stats table with the columns already prefilled for swimming — events entered, wins, and best results. Add computed columns for anything you work out with a formula, and sort by whichever column matters.
- Is Simple Standings free for swimming leagues?
- Free — standings, schedule, and statistics with no team limits, no game caps, and a public share link included. Public pages carry ads, which is what pays for it; a one-time $9.99 USD removes them from a league, with no subscription and no renewal.
- Do swimming scores automatically update the standings?
- Only if you want them to. Typing the table in yourself is the default, and it is what most leagues stick with — no syncing, no broken formulas. On Premium you can instead enter one game at a time and let it do the arithmetic, or report a score and have the standings update themselves.
